With over 10 years of experience in yoga and movement, I have broad experience teaching in corporate settings. I've also taught in cities like Copenhagen and Berlin, which has given me a practical and effective approach to yoga for modern work life.

My first encounter with yoga and consciousness training was in 2011, while I was studying at theatre school. I had never before heard of meditation or breathing techniques. The experience made a strong impression on me — throughout my upbringing I had felt how the stream of thoughts and other distractions took up too much space. Yoga became an eye-opener, and much of what I trained at the time reminded me of the world of yoga. Fittingly, three years later I met yoga again — this time through a teacher I really looked up to. And this time I was convinced: this was how I wanted to work with myself. In 2015 I became a certified yoga teacher in Copenhagen, and since then I have dedicated myself fully to exploring the connection between body and mind, to gain a deeper understanding of how we can balance the nervous system effectively and keep it in balance. Copenhagen taught me a lot, and after many years as my second home, the city shaped me into a versatile teacher. The journey continued to Berlin, but quite quickly I felt something was missing. I longed home to Bergen — to the nature and the raw landscape. With all this natural training around me, it became clear that nature also had to take its place in my practice.
